3. Advertising and analytics technologies
We use third-party advertising and analytics services that may collect information about your online activities over time and across websites. These include:
Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Meta advertising, build custom and lookalike audiences, and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect IP address, browser information, page activity, and an identifier that links your interactions to your Meta account (if any). Learn more in Meta’s Privacy Policy and the Meta Cookies Policy.
Google Ads, Google Tag, and Google Analytics
We may use Google services to measure conversions, run remarketing campaigns, and understand site usage. These services may set cookies and collect device, browser, and behavioral data. Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Other tools
We also use Hyros and DataFast for first-party attribution and analytics. These tools help us understand which ads, channels, and campaigns drive results so we can spend our advertising budget responsibly.
4. Sharing your information
We share information only in the following situations:
- Service providers and processors who help us operate the business — including hosting (Vercel, Cloudflare), CRM and email automation (GoHighLevel), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), video hosting (Mux), and the analytics and advertising tools described above.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, and others) for the purposes of measuring advertising performance and serving relevant ads.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
5. Cookies and tracking
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising.
